Whole Health Recap

For iPhone and Apple Watch

Your Apple Health data, read back to you in plain English.

Your watch logs thousands of readings a week and the Health app shows you charts. Whole Health Recap tells you what they add up to: what's improving, what needs attention, and what to do this week.

The beta opens to the waitlist first. We'll only email you about the beta and the launch.

What's in a recap

Every month you get a full review of the last 30 days, built from whatever is in Apple Health. Every week, a short check-in on what changed.

  1. 01

    Every area at a glance

Cardio fitness, resting heart rate and HRV, training load, sleep, body composition, activity, mobility, blood oxygen and nutrition, each with a clear status.

  2. 02

    Findings in plain English

Patterns you would miss in the charts, with the numbers behind them and how confident the read is. If your data itself looks off, it says so.

  3. 03

Things to raise with your doctor

A short list of readings worth a conversation, and a PDF you can bring to the appointment.

  4. 04

    A 30, 60 and 90-day plan

Targets set from your own numbers, plus a short list of what to do this week.

“Your VO2 max is up 7% in three months, but most of your running sits in a middle zone that is too hard to be easy and too easy to build speed. Moving two runs a week to a truly easy pace should help recovery without costing fitness.”

Questions

Is this medical advice?

No. Whole Health Recap gives general wellness information and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. When a reading looks worth checking, the recap says so and suggests talking to a clinician.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No, it works with whatever is in Apple Health. A watch adds heart rate, HRV, sleep and workouts, which make the recap much more useful.

What leaves my phone?

Your raw Health records stay on the device. The app computes the numbers on your iPhone and sends a summary of them to write your recap. It is never used for ads or sold.

When can I try it?

We're starting with a small beta through Apple's TestFlight. People on the waitlist get the first invites.

What do you do with my email?

We use it to invite you to the beta and tell you when the app launches. You can ask us to delete it at any time. See the privacy policy.

Be first in line for the beta.

No spam. One email when the beta opens, one at launch.
