Privacy policy
Covers this website and the waitlist. Last updated October 26, 2026.
The short version: we collect your email address so we can invite you to the beta and tell you when the app launches. We don't use ads, trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we never sell or share your email.
Who we are
Whole Health Recap is run by [OPERATOR NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. You can reach us at hello@wholehealthrecap.com.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- The date and time you signed up and confirmed.
- If you arrived through a friend's link or one of our posts, the referral code or campaign tag in that link, so we know which posts work and can move referrers up the list.
We don't collect your name, location, or any health information on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time to run and protect the service.
What we use it for
- To confirm your email address.
- To invite you to the beta and tell you when the app is available.
- To count sign-ups and see which links people came from.
That's all. We send no newsletters or marketing beyond the beta and the launch.
Who we share it with
No one, except the services that run the site for us: Microsoft Azure hosts the site and stores the waitlist, and Azure Communication Services sends our emails. They process it on our behalf only. We never sell your email or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches and the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
Email hello@wholehealthrecap.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll do it within 30 days. Every email we send also has a link that takes you off the list and deletes your email.
The app
This policy covers the website and waitlist only. The app will have its own privacy policy, published here before launch, explaining how it handles Apple Health data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
